VOLUNTEER ROLES
Set Up Crew (8:30 –10:00 am) help with all aspects of set up: registration, tables, décor, and signage. Two volunteers needed.
Greeters/Good-Byers (12:00-2:00 pm & 4:30-6:30 pm) greet and welcome guests, answer questions and direct them to registration. Volunteers will be positioned at registration tables and throughout the event. At the end of the event, direct guests to parking lot and thank them for their attendance. Two volunteers needed for each shift.
Registration (10:00 am -12:00 pm) volunteers will manage all guest information: Registration, purchases, check-out. Volunteers will be stationed at a computer. Volunteers will receive all training on site. Comfort with computers and good customer service is recommended but the process is very easy and can be learned quickly onsite. Volunteers in this role will be in their positions the entire event. Four volunteers needed.
Hole in One spotter (11:30 am - 5:30 pm) Stationed at designated green to any golfers that complete a hole-in-one. One volunteer needed.
Ambasssadors (11:30 am - 2:30 pm & 2:30 - 5:30 pm) Thanks golfers for attendance, express gratitude for their support. Hand out snacks and water. Two volunteers needed for each shift.
Putting Contest (10:00 am - 12:00 pm) Oversee contest. Explain rules to golfers, measure results and determine top four golfers. Outgoing personality and golf knowledge needed to facilitate this competition. Two volunteers needed.
Clean Up Crew (5:30 – 7:00 pm) load up remaining supplies and décor that needs to return to the office. Volunteers are advised to wear comfortable shoes. Four volunteers needed.
