What: Please join us for a fun-filled day at Salem Health Foundation’s 16th Annual Wellness Classic on Monday, September 11, 2023 at Creekside Golf Club in Salem.
Your participation as a sponsor, individual or donor does everything from enhancing the care Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics offers, reduces barriers to care for those in our community, to providing scholarships to those in the area pursuing medically related fields of student.
Proceeds from the Wellness Classic will support Salem Health Foundation’s Greatest Need - allowing the Foundation to have the greatest impact in the most direct way possible.
When: Monday, September 11, 7:30a to check-in, use the driving range and get a light morning snack. Shotgun start with a team scramble format begins promptly at 9a.
Where: Creekside Golf Club - 6250 Club House Drive SE, Salem, OR
Description: The tournament features 4-person teams with a shotgun start. Included are snacks, beverages, a reception, prizes and awards.
History: In the past 16 years, the Wellness Classic has nearly $900,000 in support of various programs benefitting those in the Mid-Willamette Valley. With your help we will cross the $1 million threshold this year!
