What: Please join us for a fun-filled day at Salem Health Foundation’s 13^th Annual Wellness Classic on Friday, July 17 at Creekside Golf Club in Salem.

Your participation as a sponsor, individual or donor enhances the care Salem Health offers and provides support for ongoing top-notch quality health care - with a personal touch in the lives of its patients and the community.

Proceeds from the Wellness Classic will support Salem Health Foundation’s Greatest Need - supporting our fight against COVID-19 and providing PPE to keep our medical staff and patients safe. 

When: Friday, July 17, 9:30 a.m. to register, use the driving range and eat lunch. Shotgun start with a scramble format begins promptly at 11:00 a.m.

Where:  Creekside Golf Club

Description:  The tournament features a shotgun start, and includes lunch, prizes and awards. We will be adjusting to meet the social distancing guidelines. 

History: In the past twelve years, the Wellness Classic has netted over $675,000 in support of various programs at Salem Health. Because the Salem Health Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charity, a portion of any sponsorship is tax deductible.
